250 g *Pollock fillets (whole)
2 kan. *Chopped ginger
1 kan. *Soy sauce
0.5 kan. *Toasted sesame oil
1 kan. *Sunflower oil
1 egy. *Spring onion, the whites and the greens minced
10 szál. *Coriander, stems and leaves roughly chopped

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Chop the ginger.

*Line the steam basket with baking paper. Place the fish into it.

*Pour 250 ml of water into the bowl. Put the basket in place.

*Mix half of the ginger with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour over the fish.

*Cook on steam low.

*Remove the basket. Put the fish and its juices on a plate. Wash and dry the bowl.

*Fry the other half of the ginger with the oil for 1 minute. Add the onion and coriander. Season with pepper and stir.
