Cheesy bechamel and ham chicories

*Prepare the ingredients.

• 4 *Chicories
• 4szel. *Ham
• 35g *Butter
• 25g *Flour
• 40cl *Milk
• 100g *Grated cheese
• 0.5kan. *Grated nutmeg
• *Salt, pepper

*Put the chicories into the steam basket. Pour 250 ml of water into the bowl. Put the basket in place.

*Cook on steam high.

*Remove the basket. Wash and dry the bowl.

*Melt the butter. Add the flour.

• 25g *Flour

*Mix. Pour in the milk. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix and thicken. Add 2/3 of the cheese and mix.

• 40cl *Milk
• 100g *Grated cheese
• 0.5kan. *Grated nutmeg
• *Salt, pepper

*Arrange the chicories wrapped in ham and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

*Grill with the Extra Crisp lid on and set it to N°2 for 20 minutes or place them in a baking dish and grill in the oven.
