3 g *Dried baker's yeast
1 kan. *Caster sugar
270 g *Plain flour
5 kan. *Olive oil
5 g *Fine salt
6 *Cherry tomatoes
6 g *Flower of salt
2 szál. *Rosemary

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Mix the water, sugar and yeast in a recipient. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.

*Mix the flour, water/sugar/yeast mixture and salt in a recipient. Knead for 5 mins by hand in the recipient. The dough should remain liquid and sticky.

*Pour 3 tablespoons of oil into the bowl and place the dough in it.

*Leave the dough to rise. Oil your fingers and make 8 flaps every 15 minutes.

*Spread 2 tablespoons of oil over the dough. Poke holes in the dough with your oiled fingers. Add the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with salt and rosemary.
