*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 360g *Cherry tomatoes
  • 240g *Mozzarella balls
  • 6kan. *Olive oil
  • 45g *Capers
  • 6filé *Chicken (100 g each)
  • 3kan. *Italian herbs
  • 6kan. *Balsamic glaze
  • 36levél *Basil
  • 6kan. *Pesto
  • *Salt, pepper

*In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, mozzarella, capers and oil. Set aside in the fridge.

  • 240g *Mozzarella balls

*Place two chicken fillets in each sous-vide cooking bag along with the spices, salt and pepper. Place the mixture in a sous-vide bag. Make sure the bags are well sealed.

*Pour 3L of water into the bowl. Put the bags into the water.

*Cook on immerged vacuum.

*Take out the bags and open them. Leave to cool. Chop the fillets into pieces.

*Mix the chicken pieces with the rest of the ingredients. Garnish your salad with pesto and rocket or baby spinach.
